We begin at the interview stage along with complete background checks and on-site hands-on-training with one of our highly capable and experienced Senior Managers and/or Regional Managers. Our training includes phone sales, office presentation, bookkeeping and collections, auctions, and facility maintenance. Skilled site staff is among our most valuable assets.
