Steve has a combination of over twenty-nine years of operational and financial experience upon joining Optivest Properties. His experience is almost equally divided between property management operations and financial institutions.

Most recently, Steve was employed almost six years with Platinum Storage Group in the capacity of Senior Regional Manager and Marketing Director. He witnessed and participated in helping the company grow from a small Southern California company to a large property management and investment company spanning eight States.

Steve’s further operations experience encompassed being a portfolio manager and director of commercial companies which evolved into two million square feet of commercial and multi-unit properties.

Steve’s financial background sets a strong foundation that made it easy to transition into the real estate operations and investments that he so dearly enjoys today. As a commercial loan officer Steve was an effective member in the growth of construction financing and lending. He understands all phases of property investment from construction blue prints to profit and loss statements.

Steve’s other interests include worldwide travel. He is a strong believer that immersing yourself in the cultures and peoples of the world helps you in your own spiritual growth as a human being. Steve has participated in grass roots efforts as a lifelong volunteer, founder and sponsor of various organizations including counseling people in crisis and addressing their spiritual needs, fund raising for people in need, mentoring individuals with life threatening diseases and ecology matters.
