Warren Allan has over 25 years of financial and operational management experience. Prior to Optivest Properties, Warren served in both the COO and CFO capacities at Platinum Storage, since its founding in 2000. During his time at Platinum, he not only helped build a strong property management organization, but increased Platinum’s client roster to over 65 properties, resulting in Platinum Storage being ranked as one of the country’s top 15 self storage operators in 2006. Warren also helped develop over 25 real estate partnerships to acquire self storage facilities in various regions throughout the country. 

In teaming up with Optivest Inc., Warren is responsible for the acquisition of existing storage projects along with seeking potential development opportunities for storage sites. His seasoned experience in these areas will continue to bring the value added investment opportunities to the Optivest Properties investor. He currently holds equity positions in over 25 Self Storage Partnerships thoughout the country.
